Massey Ferguson is expanding its tractor portfolio with the launch of the new MF 7S MARK 2 series, comprising six models with power outputs ranging from 170 to 245 HP. The new generation is designed for farmers and professional agricultural contractors who need powerful, stable and technologically advanced tractors for fieldwork and transport.
The new series is positioned between the existing MF 7S and MF 8S Xtra ranges, filling the gap between the two product lines. Key innovations include a 7.5-litre six-cylinder engine, the Dyna-VT continuously variable transmission, an upgraded cab and integration with digital farm management systems.
New 7.5-Litre engine and improved operating efficiency
All six MF 7S MARK 2 models are powered by the new AGCO Power Core75 engine, featuring six cylinders, a 7.5-litre displacement and a single turbocharger. According to the manufacturer, the new design contains 25% fewer parts than its predecessors, helping reduce mechanical complexity and improve long-term reliability.
The engines meet Stage V emissions standards without the use of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). Maximum power is available across a wide engine speed range, while the torque curve remains flat between 800 and 1,500 rpm. This supports efficient power delivery and stable performance under varying operating loads.

Massey Ferguson reports that initial field tests have demonstrated favourable fuel efficiency compared with the previous generation and selected competing models. The engines are also compatible with HVO fuel, which can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions depending on its origin and production method.
To support longer working periods without interruption, the tractors feature a 410-litre fuel tank and a 56.5-litre AdBlue tank. An optional reversible fan is also available to help keep the cooling system clean.
Dyna-VT transmission, powerful hydraulics and increased lifting capacity
All tractors in the new series come standard with Massey Ferguson’s Dyna-VT continuously variable transmission, allowing stepless speed adjustment without conventional gear changes. Depending on the market version, maximum transport speed can reach 57 km/h, while 40 km/h and 50 km/h versions are also available.
The redesigned chassis features a 2.95-metre wheelbase, combining stability with manoeuvrability. The manufacturer also specifies a 5.3-metre turning radius. The maximum permissible gross vehicle weight is 14 tonnes, supporting the safe transport of heavy implements within applicable legal limits.
The hydraulic system can deliver an oil flow rate of up to 190 litres per minute, while the rear three-point linkage has a lifting capacity of 9.6 tonnes. A four-speed PTO is also available, increasing compatibility with a wide range of agricultural implements.
New rear tyre options with diameters of up to two metres have also been developed. In cooperation with BKT, Massey Ferguson has introduced tyre sizes designed to provide strong traction and a larger contact area while helping reduce soil pressure.
Spacious cab and digital control systems
The cab is one of the main areas of improvement in the MF 7S MARK 2 series. Massey Ferguson’s Protect-U design physically separates the cab from the engine by a 15-centimetre gap, helping reduce the transfer of noise, vibration and heat to the operator’s working environment.
Inside the cab, the new 12-inch Datatronic 6 touchscreen terminal provides access to tractor settings, machine functions and data management. It forms part of an upgraded technology package that also includes the Fieldstar 6 terminal.

Visibility has been improved with a new side wiper, digital cameras offering a 122-degree viewing angle and additional LED lighting options. The highest lighting package can include up to 27 LED lights, making night-time operations easier.
For demanding tasks such as spraying, Category 4 cab filtration is available as an option, providing additional operator protection. Seat options include models with air suspension, heating, ventilation and other features designed to improve comfort during long working days.
PTx FarmENGAGE for connected agricultural machinery
The MF 7S MARK 2 will be the first Massey Ferguson tractor series to come factory-equipped with the PTx FarmENGAGE system. This farm management software enables machinery from different manufacturers to be connected and supports wireless data transfer.
The system allows users to manage data relating to tractors, implements, fields, crops and completed tasks. Information can be exchanged via USB or through the cloud, helping farmers organise operations and monitor activities across their farms.
The new series will be presented at the international EIMA agricultural machinery exhibition in Bologna, Italy, in November 2026. According to the company, full production and the first deliveries are expected to begin in spring 2027.
